Track Your Order

All of NDS-Gear's regular shipments are sent by the United States Postal Service (USPS). For U.S. (domestic) shipments and bulk orders, you will receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched by our team, via e-mail. Please enter that number onto the USPS website to track your order.

Please note that you will not necessarily receive a tracking number for international (outside of U.S.) orders. If you wish to have a tracking number on an international order, please e-mail us beforehand to request this, as the costs are (unfortunately; USPS' fault!) considerably higher.

If you have waited for over a week (U.S.A.) or three weeks (Other countries), please send us an e-mail via the contact form with the details of your order (address, date of order, order number) and we will follow-up for you straight away. Please note that before this period of time has passed we cannot follow-up shipment tracking requests. Thanks!
