AK2i received this morning. Downloaded software as directed. DSI is now fully functional on 1.4e. I'm always a bit wary of using new online stores, but I was quite impressed with the guarantees offered on the home page, so decided to purchase. Before purchasing, I had a slight query which I emailed across. Even though it was well and truly outside of business hours, my query was answered within about 20 minutes. Being the awkward customer that I am, I decided to change my order shortly after placing it. A quick email, and 5 minutes later the request was dealt with. A couple of days later, my order promptly arrived, along with some cool free gifts. So what can I say?! Probably the best online store I've ever used � I even PayPal'ed the guy a beer!
