NDS-Gear aim to provide top notch service not typically given on internet websites (as many online shoppers such as yourselves will realise). Because of this, customer service, NOT sales, is our number one priority! That is why we test every single card prior to dispatch, and only use registered domestic mail (due to cost we use regular mail for international shipments, but can do tracked on request!), among other measures we uniquely take to make sure all our customers are satisfied. That said, there may occasionally be problems with an order, in which case you are also fully protected.
Refunds
- The customer may request a full refund for any goods bought and returned in saleable condition (i.e. packaging not damaged, etc.) within 30 days of receipt - even if the product is not faulty. However, please note the product MUST be in saleable condition, so packaging cannot be damaged etc. If the product or packaging are physically damaged after receipt, we cannot accept a refund request.
- In order for the refund to be accepted, please e-mail NDS-Gear explicitly requesting a refund and confirming that the goods you have received are in a saleable condition, within 30 days of receipt. We will then provide instructions for return postage. Refunds will be issued promptly upon receipt of the returned goods.
- Please note that products returned like this for a refund will be refunded minus shipping cost paid by the customer. However, NDS-Gear, at it's discretion may also refund the shipping cost paid by the customer if the product was received in a faulty condition. NDS-Gear will test returned products before issuing a refund to determine if the product is faulty or not.
- If a product is faulty, we cover products for up to a year and will replace (or provide an equivalent product) for all genuinely faulty products. We cannot cover for accidental damage (i.e. physical breakages etc.) that is not a manufacturer's defect. We offer a full refund on faulty products for 30 days - after this period, we will replace but cannot refund products that eventually develop a fault. DS cards are fragile and not designed to last years (due to countless new software / firmwares being released) so it is normal to replace a card approximately every year or so with average use.
Returns / Replacements
- We accept returns on all items (faulty or not) returned in their original, saleable condition within 30 days of the original receipt of the product.
- We also accept returns on faulty (manufacturer's defects only - we cannot accept returns for merchandise physically damaged by misuse or accidental damage) products for up to a year after purchase. We will replace all items that were originally bought from us by our customers, no problem. All items sent back to us will be tested, and all items sent out in return will also be tested. Customer service is our top priority! :-)
- In order for your return to be accepted, please e-mail NDS-Gear explicitly requesting a return / replacement and confirming that the goods you have received are in a saleable condition. Please request this by e-mail first and await our response with postasge instructions. Returns and exchanges will be promptly processed on receipt of the goods being returned.
