The R4i Gold is one of the latest DSi card from the R4 brand to hit the market. It was created for the Nintendo DSi but is also backwards compatible with the Nintendo DS and Nintendo DS Lite.

However, the R4i's compatibility is only up to version 1.3 of the Nintendo DSi firmware - if upgraded to 1.4, the R4i will not work. Do not buy if you bought a DSi after 30/Jul/09.

The R4i Gold can accept up to 32GB Micro-SDHC cards, and is, of course, compatible with the DSi as well as the DS and DS Lite!
