NDS-Gear will always strive for a next business day dispatch for any order placed during the previous business day in the U.S.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY NOTICE: For domestic (U.S.) orders, you will receive a tracking number confirmation, in the evening on the next day after your product is dispatched. For example, if you have just made your order on Monday, expect your tracking number to be with you by Tuesday evening, and so forth. :-) Of course, whenever possible we process our orders even faster than this table suggests, this is simply a guideline. :-)

We always strive to do our best for customers, and your orders may be processed faster than this if certain circumstances permit - however, under normal conditions, these would be our shipping procedures. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, customs clearance times, unexpected exceptional surge in demand, etc.) may delay our schedule. We'll always aim to minimise this though and almost never suffer these undue delays.
Please note: NDS-Gear cannot be held responsible for shipping after it has been dispatched - however, we will always do our best to liase with USPS and claim on our customers' behalf if required. Please e-mail us and we'll always be happy to assist.
