Hello there! Welcome to NDS-Gear.

We run a DS Cards website, which was started a while ago because we had the idea of actually introducing customer service (and people who knew what they were talking about!!), after buying a few cards from various places where we simply received a card in the post with nothing else. We thought that most people probably didn’t know as much as we did about setting one of these cards up, and therefore we decided to start our own website where we could do just that – actually offer a service instead of the usual internet “sell and go”!

Our goal is to make sure that every customer on NDS-Gear is satisfied not only with the product, but with their experience in general. That’s why we’re there every step of the way to help. We think that internet shopping simply doesn’t have this anymore, and we’re injecting it back in! :-)

That’s why:

  • The NDS-Gear Team individually tests every card before sending, to ensure all cards are sent in perfect condition.
  • If you can buy it on the website, we have it in stock! We will never sell anything we don’t readily have.
  • No four-six week waiting times from dealers who do not speak English or answer e-mails – E-mail support 24/7!
  • Every e-mail to us is answered within 24 hours, usually within 12 – we personalise your service and make it our priority.
  • We are not a big company, and we pride ourselves in being able to offer a level of service that isn’t usually available in the U.K. (until now, that is)!

We try our best to answer our customer’s queries, before, during, and after their purchase – which admittedly has led to more than a few headaches and phone calls but ultimately means every person who’s bought something is happy with us and would recommend us!

We started this blog to help encourage our customers and people in general to get the most out of their DS Console. After all, we’re not shopkeepers, we use our DS/DSi’s as well! We hope you enjoy what we have to offer here.
